The ledger: money in, goods bought, gifts given
This is our promise in numbers. Every gift we receive is followed here until it reaches a family. Nothing is deleted: a mistake is fixed with a new row that says so.
Nothing here yet means nothing has been received yet. The first row will appear with the first gift, and every row after it will stay.
Balance = received − fees on our side + our top-ups − goods bought. When we have covered every fee, "Fees not yet covered" is US$0.00.
Goods bought, by kind
Each purchase has its receipt. Where the farmer or seller agrees, their name or shop is shown; never a family.

Why family codes and not names?
Because a name, a town or a face can put a family in danger. The code lets you follow every gift while the family stays safe. Full records are kept privately.
What does "consent" mean here?
We explain to each family, in Arabic, what we record and what we publish, and they may say no at any time. Saying no changes nothing about their gift. Photos appear only with their agreement, never of children's faces, and never on the day of the gift.
Can I check the numbers myself?
Yes. Each month's ledger is a CSV file you can download, with a SHA-256 fingerprint, so any later change would show. Every IN row links to the public blockchain. We are also looking for an outside volunteer reviewer to check a random sample against the proofs every quarter and publish a short note; we will say here when one has started. One honest exception: a gift held for sanctions review is not in these numbers until a volunteer has released it.
